Ravens Gameday Thread

This is exactly the type of game the Raiders need to win to show us they are ready to turn the corner.

On the road, against a tough beatable team, to go 3-1 and make a statement at the quarter mark of the season.

The old Raiders would lose this game. It's time for the new Raiders to make a statement. GO RAIDERS!

Great win. East coast game against a tough defense. Raiders still need to figure out how to stop even the most mediocre RBs.

Another hard fought win. Now, let's dismantle San Diego in a blowout next week so that I can relax and enjoy all four quarters without fearing a heart attack!

I didn't get to see the game, but saw highlights. It looked like our defense played 2 1/2 quarters before "relaxing." Lee Smith and Heeney are done for the season. Does Reggie pull someone in for Middle LB? If so, who?

Henney is out? I didn't see that. He couldn't of had many snaps in the game. Cowser actually looks good. He's way more discipline with his gaps, and moves quickly toward the ball. But we need to maintain depth at MLB.

My take re: TE is that Walford will get more opportunities to play up his blocking and pass catching skills. Lee Smith is very solid, but having Walford play more will make the Raiders better, sooner. Does anyone doubt Rivera step in to a more prominent backup role? One of the few positions the Raiders have solid depth.

Pardon me. I meant Cory James above at MLB. Not sure why I confused these guys.
