Seahawks Gameday Thread

Well, the Seahawks cut through us like a hot knife through butter on the first drive of the game...Let's see if Pryor can light a fire.

It was really just one big play, in which the WR was well covered. So far, Sims looks stout in the middle and Houston looks to be taking exception to Allen calling him "rusty" last week.

Nothing earth shattering yet.

Pryor looked good on that drive, and had a drop and missed route by Moore... which became a huge problem for him last year. Bergstrom giving up to pressure. He's a ZBS lineman...

I really hope the team gets up to speed and fast, having to watch another year of a team still trying to get their heads around what the coaches want...oh well, it's moving in the right direction and really can't expect much until after this year. Just hope the team comes together and plays their hearts out FOR EACH OTHER, otherwise, it will look disjointed for a while.

HC is not going to get fired unless the players completely quit on him and that doesn't look like it is going to happen, IMO. Allen will be HC in yr 3 and the roster will be bolstered at a few positions (salary cap room).

Patients, it's all we have, this team ain't doing much this year, just the way it is.

Hayden is going to be a stud, Watson looks the part as well. This yrs draft looks very good at this point, IMO. A couple more yrs of strong drafting, top signings (lines) with FA and this team will be very strong in a yr or 2. Hang in there Raider fans, the suffering is almost over.

The Raiders were much better up front with Pat Sims, and presumably Vance Walker helped too. I think the LBs still over-pursue, which is a problem that roster changes and coaching has been unable to solve (IMO, that falls to the coaches to correct).

Watson wasn't half bad at LT, at least didn't make any notable blunders.

Pryor didn't do much to secure a starting role but I strongly believe he is a better option than Flynn.

Not much else to do but wait until real games start.

Twenty Sixteen. Drafts plus Salary Cap = 2,016 reasons to believe that make sense. Look, my fanship has nothing to do with wins, but moreso can they go a year without CLowNcAr? If they lose only in the TD department, that's cool. That means play pro ball for four quarters, no excuses. Hustle. Just like a dad on the sideline... it's not about winning, it's about being a team people will actually pay to see because they fight the whole game. If they can do that, ethically and physically, they will be READY to win when the draft days arrive. Cya in October for a sensory checkup. Go Oak NE Chi and, yes, Seattle. (Seattle looks like what OAK used to look like) Fun season ahead. :)

I heard a Jets fan say... "the Jets are now the laughing stock of the NFL... now I know what it feels like to be a Raiders fan."

The Raiders will have a high draft pick next year, possibly #1. They will have to pick a QB.

Hate to say it but prior is still a long way from being game ready....Not sure of the year but it seems like the year we saw 3QBs during the season....This team is so very young that we are stuck looking at plays not games.....lets hope 30% of these guys make good players.....Another Loooooong season for the Raider Nation

I believe in Pryor but think he is a year away from being ready to be a true #1 starter. under the current circumstances, I still think he needs to start and go through trial by fire.

Sign Tebow. He plays like Stabler.

guys, let's not panic ok? talking #1 pick already? # 2 maybe. JUSSST KIDDING!!! sure pryor is raw but IF he starts, he'll give us a better chance to win that flynn...

come on now - you can't sit there and tell me that san diego will finish ahead of us. and kc, what have they done? OH I SEE, they got a new coach... and what has that coach done in the past? won a superbowl or two? remember - kc has gone through some off-season chaos themselves. at least we didn't have any of our players blow their brains out... until then, kc is just another team that has to prove themselves like we do.
